Katie's First Apple Pie
Katie decided in honor of Grandma and Grandpa coming home from Russia today, she was going to make an apple pie all by herself. This all started at Benedito's Saturday night when she fashioned a "pie crust" from her yummy yet slightly undercooked bread stick. She actually did a pretty good job for a 5 year old. I'll let you be the judge!!

Anyway, I am super impressed by Katie and the pie. I'm very intimidated by the whole pie-making process.
